HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your preferred option and number of pets.
2. Add any names or personalisation details in the personalisation box.
3. Complete checkout.
4. Send your pet photographs via Etsy Messages. Multiple photos are always helpful and allow me to capture your pet’s features more accurately.
5. I will paint your bauble and send you a preview before dispatch.
6. Once approved, your order will be carefully packaged and posted.

PROCESSING TIME

Each bauble is painted entirely by hand and typically takes around 2 hours to complete, followed by drying and finishing time.

My standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks during busy periods, although this may increase during the Christmas season.

If you need your bauble for a specific date, please message me before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.
